An agency that belongs to the US Embassy has alerted the Colombian authorities for the disclosure of sex videos from Colombia.

The Attorney General’s office said that during the development of the concentrated hearings, the 24-year-old did not accept responsibility for the charges brought by the accusing entity. However, by order of the judge of the control of the guarantees, the defendant was accommodated with a measure of insurance in a penitentiary establishment.

Likewise, it was emphasized that the man will comply with the measure established by the judge at the El Bosque de Barranquilla prison in the Atlantic.

Child pornography decreased in Colombia in the first half of 2022

“In recent years, computer crimes and those crimes that affect this population of children have increased; however, in the first seven months of this year there has been a decrease, and this change is directly linked to the campaigns that have been deployed from the Colombian center of cybersecurity capacity, with the awareness of parents, teachers in schools and through content on our social media,” said Major Adrián Vega, head of the Police Cyber ​​Center, at the time.
